Dr. Mary E. Fausone

Dr. Fausone is originally from the Detroit area. She received her Bachelor of Science degree University of Notre Dame, and her medical degree from the University of Michigan. She came to the University of Illinois in Chicago for her Obstetrics Gynecology residency, after which she became a private practitioner at Northwestern University, where she currently holds the title of Assistant Professor. She is board certified by the exam Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Fausone practices general office gynecology, including contraception, colposcopy, menopause issues, and minor procedures.

She is married with three children, lives in Wilmette, and enjoys running, reading, biking, and travel.
