Dr. Constants Adams is a native of the Midwest, from Detroit, MI and grew up in South Carolina. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of South Carolina where she graduated with honors. She attended the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, where she received both national and institutional recognition for leadership and community advocacy. In her final year of medical school, she was recognized by the American Medical Association as a recipient of the Physicians of Tomorrow Scholarship and received MUSC’s Diversity Mentorship Award.

Dr. Adams completed her obstetrics & gynecology residency at Northwestern where she served as Clinical Chief Resident.

She is interested in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Adams has special interest in the management of abnormal bleeding including fibroids, polyps and adenomyosis. She has a passion for minimally invasive surgery and is skilled in traditional laparoscopy and the Da Vinci Robotic System.

Dr. Adams values patient-centered care. She believes in empowering patients through sharing her knowledge and expertise while incorporating their voice to address their concerns and needs.

In her spare time, she serves as a mentor to adolescents and as a health educator – both in the community and social media. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.
